My complaint:
Family dollar has their prices of the items on the front of the shelf so us customers may see how much the item is .I went to buy a blender and a mini chopper at the register it didn’t ring up for the price they have listed Well they changed their prices is what the cashier told me I then told her they have to honor the price which they have the item listed for she called her boss she came smart lip and said well I called my boss and he said I can’t change the price I then told her you supposed to honor that price she said well I can’t I ask for the corporate number she gave me the wrong number with me he wrong store location number then I went to isle 29 to take the picture of the prices they have items listed for I hear her talking bout me saying Im mad about the damn prices I cut her off and said excus please don’t lie on me I’m not mad about that I’m upset because you suppose to honor your price or you suppose to have took them down she tried to say something else but I told her just don’t lie on me is all I ask

No the issue is not resolved I think when you hire people in such establishments they should know how to talk to customers with respect and common sense as a customer we should experience good customer service period. Tashaflow47@ yahoo.com I won’t be going back into that family dollar ever again also this other family dollar on 7 mil Ilene always stink like dead mice now I see why and it was after 5pm when I came in there I asked the cashier do you smell that she replied the custodian didn’t clean up so you mean to tell me instead of you getting a broom to get it up you let it sit and stink up this store she said it wasn’t her job so the male worker came and got it it was stiff it’s been there for couple of days please do better I know rodents gets in but to just let it sit and stink up the establishment where we shop at is horrible that was all on Facebook how family dollars smell how it’s always nasty clothes always on the floor then they just pickm up and hang them back up they have open boxes throughout the stores trash on the floor then it be black sticky stuff on the floor where you clearly see they don’t mop do better
