My complaint:
The prices are always different by fifty cents here or a dollar there than what they say on the shelves. Usually I don’t say anything. But this last time I was trying to buy the Scott 12 roll toilet paper in the orange pack that is $5 and has always been $5 and it rang up 12.50. I took the lady who was very rude back and showed her the price written on the shelf and she says what do you want me to do? It rang up 12.50. she offered no solution and walked away mumbling stuff like she doesn’t want her job anymore.
Suggested solution:
I would like someone to investigate these occurrences of prices being changed. It is illegal. And in Columbus Ohio on agler road they are extremely unprofessional. This store makes family dollar look bad as a whole.
