My complaint:

Tile missing from aisle 17 and a large hole is in concrete. I was walking and looking at merchandise on shelves I accidentally stepped in hole and twisted my left ankle. I fell against shelves which only reason I didn’t fall on floor. I hobbled to cashier and told her what happened. She just looked at me without comment. I asked did she understand that manager should be informed, she said yes, but didn’t know what would be done about it as it had been like that about 3 years. I left store, returned shortly with my sister in law to file an incident report. Spoke to employee named Fred, he said they didn’t file incident reports there. I asked him why they at least have a cone over hole, he said he would put something over it. He said he was sorry about what happened. When I asked who was person on register about noon and was told it was the manager, Jordan Briscoe, and she had left for the day. This incident happened yesterday, December 7, 2020 at about 11:45 AM. We have pictures of hole in floor, and my swollen ankle.

Suggested solution:

Get floor repaired immediately. Train manager, Jordan Briscoe, on proper procedure to follow when an accident happens on store property. Also how to be respectful to customers. Would like to hear from upper management on actions taken.
