Hello, May name is Janice Major. I would like to make a complaint about your Manager poor customer service and training. I have experience
on 12182020 around 8:10 pm.
When I got off of work at 8:00 pm Wednesday night. I enter the Family Dollar to do some quick
Shopping, however I notice these beautiful
GLITTER HEEL AND BALLERINA ORNAMENTS.
The ornaments had a 50% off sale sign in front of them
so, I, wanted to purchase 4 of them . And there was
More 50% sales signs around the merchandise.
So, when I got to the cash register the ornaments
Rung up regular price 1.00. so I inform the cashier.
There’s a sale sign in front of the ornaments, which says 50% off. The Cashier stated to me, with a nasty attuidue and said; you, like I’m going to give these ornaments to you for 50 cents! I was embarrassed. and quoted, to the Cashier those sales signs, should have been down since Halloween. So I said Iwill like to
Speak to a Manager. The Cashier said, I am the Manager. That made it even worst. She did not give me the discount for a curiosity. I’m a loyal
Customer and enjoy the savings at your store.That’s why I shop
there, however there was no Customer Service
involve in this matter. I did purchase the ornaments any way.
Wanted to take a picture of the sale sales. The Manager snatched the signs down. Never experience anything like that before.
Give the Manager More training in Customer's Service. And Have more respect for Customers.
