My complaint:
on 101620 I went to the store while shopping the manager Kaliah run her shopping cart in my back while i was there in the aisle, no apology no sorry her customer service sucks very nasty, rude and ghetto act like you bothering her and her buddy the cashier Quay very short temper, rude and always telling customers to put back things in they cart like they work they. i try to limit my shopping there before i get arrested then she has the clerk vanessa follow ppls around the store while the real shop lifters be stealing and they just be standing looking very silly.
Suggested solution:
they need to teach these ppls customer service skills, learn to respect the customers without them they be no business especially in this pan-epidemic with so many ppls without employment, I like to go through chain of command, hopefully some improvements or i will go somewhere else and patronize they business.
