My complaint:

Several times in the last month I have gone in the store and the cashier wasn’t wearing a mask. Today I walked up to the door and both of the employees weren’t wearing masks. I said no masks huh ? I turned around and left. I’m not sure where you are but in Maine IT’S THE LAW !! Family Dollar does not have the power to break the law. Another complaint I have is the phone number to the Bath, Maine store has been disconnected for a long time ( in case no one told you) . I can’t tell you how frustrating that is. I am a woman with M.S, I have to stay in for most days but when I get out I would just like to know that people are also being safe. Your company falls short of that.

Suggested solution:

1.Obey the law ! Make them wear a mask as the customers do 2. Have a Dist. Manager who will actually go to stores to make sure it isn't run down or broken down.
