Family Dollar complaint: Closed two hours early!!

My complaint:

I had arrived 15 minutes before 8pm today 14 October 2020. There was one employee working, and this isn’t the first time this particular employee closed earlier than supposed to according to Family Dollar store hours. Because it was an inconvenience for her being alone, she decided to just lock the doors!! The store now closes at 10pm so there is no reason whatsoever for this action. I can understand if it was an hour prior but two is stating pure incompetence. A woman was beside me with a baby in her arms and she had asked to get one item for her child and the employee refused!!

Suggested solution:

Have two registers going after 3pm especially during the evening every day. So this means one shift manager and two cashiers.
