My complaint:
Hello my name is Tashall Welch and on May 5th 2021 a car incident occored between a pedestrian hiting me dead on right in front of your store when I was parked at your store location 759. At the time I was working as a Covid Emergency Responder at Southwest College on 1234 Finley Rd Memphis, TN 38116 and also I am currently working towards my BA in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement at Lemoyne Owen HBSU here in Memphis I am a Junior. I would come to your store respectfuly most mornings for breakfast for me and my witness co worker and due to all of the construction and delivery vehicles and dump trailers and cat lyfts I was unable to see this pedestrian speeding down the deliverly lane out of no where and while I was stoped in the travel lane in front of the store out of no where this woman in a small suv hits me dead on and just keeps going and says she has the right to drive down the delivery lane, I stated to her not speeding during construction and delivery and vendor check In and the store opening up and the cashiers and managers counting in the registers for the start of there shift this happened between 8:00-9:00am on 5521. If someone could be so kind as to helping with this because the police said this occured on private property so this would be a privte property claim. My number is 901-538-0682 thank you

Please if somemone could get in contact with the district manager of this store because this other pedestrain buiness partners are threathing and initating harrasment . As you can imagion this very very over whelming, I can send you the video please see attached pictures if video did not come through.
