My complaint:
I have been a frequent customer of this location and am concerned over the lack of compliance by store staff. Often, and most recently around noon on Sat (117) none of the working staff were NOT wearing masks at all and were laughing and cajoling loudly at the register. This behavior exposed myself and the other customers in line!!! I’ve reasd your store policy and I can assure you that the staff at this store are totally NON-COMPLIANT and should be instructed and disciplined accordingly!
Suggested solution:
I would to receive notice (by email) that the manager and staff of this store have been notified of the noncompliance and what steps will be taken to correct these violations. I would also like a more direct link to report any further violations. THIS IS LIFE AND DEATH, HEALTH AND SAFETY AND THOSE STAFF MEMBERS PUT US ALL AT RISK!!!
