My complaint:
I messaged my boss and let her know what’s her name is Felicia that I am sick and I cannot make it in this was at 5:00 something this morning which was 3 hours ahead of time of letting her know about the situation and as you can tell she does not give two craps about me not feeling good and I’m sick and as you can tell she is forcing me to get up out of my home walk in a thunderstorm to work while I’m sick. I do know legally this is illegal to do and unlawful and I am going to be talking to a lawyer very very soon to see what can be done about this if this is not get fixed within the next 30 days thanks.

Well professionally how they should resolve the situation is to remove the manager Felicia because the simple fact that she is not understanding that legally by the handbook if somebody is sick they cannot work because they have the risk of contaminating other people and product two they need to teach her that it's her responsibility as a supervisor / manager of Family Dollar to make sure all shifts are covered regardless. Number three legally she cannot force me to come into work why it's thunderstorming outside and while I have to walk to work and the fact that I am sick and have diarrhea she cannot legally force me nor fire me for being sick. This needs to be changed immediately and taking care of immediately cuz with in 30 days I will be talking to a lawyer to see what can be done about this.
