My complaint:
I was in the store on 042722 at 545pm where my 4yr old had to go to the bathroom and the manager said the bathrooms were broken. I don’t know hoe the bathrooms are always broken. It’s sad that my 4yr old was almost in tears because she had to go to the bathroom. Course there was a few people in front of me while I was checking out for the items that I needed which made her worse because I couldn’t get out there is in time. We had to walk next door at the gas station to use the bathroom. How does a store have two bathrooms and people are denied to use the bathrooms. My understanding from my 10yrs there in the past that bathrooms were open to the public.
Suggested solution:
I don't thing kids or the elderly should be denied access to the bathroom in emergency situations. I am personally going to ask each time I go in to use the bathroom and I will make a compliant each time until this gets fixed. I am not as to why I continue to go into that store that is a mess and you can't even walk down the aisles. It just so happened that 0427 was inventory so it was in better shape,
