My complaint:
Good evening,
my name is, DeJanetta Accoo. I am writing to inform you about an employee named Erika Douglas, a manager at the Bragg Blvd location in Fayetteville, NC. U do not kniw the store .
Anyhow, I have filed a police report and intend on going to the magistrates office so that the video and can be retrieved. I am disabled for one, I recently had serious spinal surgery and asked this associate to stop yelling in my face and do not touch me and I will leave.
The only thing she was yelling and cursing at me about was my small vag on my back. I was already at the register with my four items, I tried to explain to her I have my medicine and personal items in a tiny book bag that I have to keep with me everywhere I go if I’m not driving my vehicle, which I wasn’t. It contains my epipen, asthma inhaler and other medications. That’s s my pocketbook. I told her I’m not a thief.
Mrs. Douglas continued to push me out of the store, follow me out of the store yelling and cursing down the walk way, grab my arms, put her knee in ny private area, push me, yell in my face, threaten me, slander me and call me names in front of other employee’s and customer’s and she doesn’t even know me.
I am a 41 year old, professional woman, I’ve never been treated so horribly at a business and then get banned from all the businesses out of spite when, I took a whole risk walking there for four items that I did not get a chance to purchase any way.
I will be escalating this, even going to social media. I could have been paralyzed or seriously injured, if anything changes in my condition for her jarring my spine, it will be serious problem for this company. I’ve witnessed this particular individual, Erika Douglas harass, antagonize and assault other customer’s at that same location on several occasions, many incidences.
