My complaint:
I was accused of stealing while still shopping followed around the store by four employees approached by one of the cashiers she told me I was stealing I told her I wasn’t stealing she yelled at me going out the store we call back to complain about it she still yelled and said that I always stealing in there and never stolen there before don’t need to was buying 20 bottle Lysol for my business so she said I wasn’t goin to buy all that and I was goin to steal it so put the products down and left the store. This was so embarrassing
Suggested solution:
I am mentally stressed embarrassed I am a business owner in the neighborhood I am very embarrassed I need that lady Mary to apologize I need this not to happen to anyone else that comes in there because it could escalate and other people might get hurt or something I’m glad I just walked away
