My complaint:
I had walked into the store to buy dog food and I was looking at the price and I went back out to my van and Riva the cashier told the manager that I was stealing then I came back and Went back grab the dog food that I wanted paid for it then left I went across the street to Allsup’s and one of the customers at Allsup’s told me that river had told the manager Dusty that I was stealing so I went over and I told Dusty “to clarify I was not stealing and Riva can keep your mouth shut” And Dusty did nothing about Riva lying or trying to get me in trouble and just told me to leave the store not holding up to a manager should have done and told Riva not to accuse the customers of stealing without proof like being caught on camera or physically seeing it with her own eyes she told me do not start and told me to leave she’s a bad manager
Suggested solution:
Getting a new manager or having a meeting and drilling it into their heads that you don’t accuse the customers of stealing without proof and maybe not hiring drunks and then placing them in the spot a manager because me Ricky Marshall and Cameron jacks have both smelled alcohol on her breath at work and I’m not talking beer I’m talking liquor and river I don’t even know if she’ll pass a drug test
