My complaint:
Hello my name is Hilda I am a regular customer at this location since its the only one near me so on 8262022 at exactly 8:39 am the manager with the name of mike he did not want to give me his last name said I was stealing and that I couldn’t come back to shop at the store I have proof that I went there to purchase my stuff and I also have my receipts of all my purchases and not just with that he had the audacity to cuss me out in front of my kids my 9 year old and 17 year old daughter had to witness and my youngest daughter hold me tight scared asking me what was going on. To me this is unacceptable this is very unprofessional of him he accused me falsely, I’ve never had this kind of problem in my life I have money to purchase my stuff I have been trying to get on hold of somebody because I don’t deserve to be 86 from this store and I would like for you guys to please take notes on this. Suggested solution:
Having him apologize to me and my kids and talk to him, before accusing anybody for anything to make sure and to use better language and act more professional. I would really appreciate it if my problem could get resolved, I'll be waiting for your response, Thank you for your time.
