My complaint:
i went into family dollar to get some paper plates. I got the plates walked up to the front counter paid for them got my change, as i was leaving I fell over a big black plastic tub on my knees. A lady came in the store behind me had made it to the other side saw me when i fell she asked me if I was alright and did i need help getting up i told her i was ok by this time a worker comes from the back from the loud noise of the fall and seen me on the floor she and turn around got back to work didn’t ask any questions or say anything I’m still on the floor when she leave i get up and make it outside to my car getting myself together and goes to the doctor to get checked out. Once i get to the doctor they check my knee the skins was broken, red bruised. I got X-Rays of it then got something for pain .
Suggested solution:
letting y’all know about a incident that happened in y'all store not knowing if y’all was already notified.
