My complaint:
The store on poplar had a sale on 28 fl oz powerade most buy 2 to receive discount 2 $2 which a sale coupon was showing for the item when I brought it to her attention she said it’s nothing she could do about it I asked for the Manager she said she was the Manager come to find out she was not her name is Ashley how I found out when I told the Manager she called her name because she was using profanity to me and also said to the Manager I don’t give a damn therore I left went to the store on Bellevue showed the Manager and he said I was correct because I showed him the coupon and it was still valid.
Suggested solution:
She needs to be terminated she has no personality for customer service as a employee she lied very rude other customers was in the store that was very unprofessional and disrespectful and it really make the store look very bad
