My complaint:
I booked my trip there from 3/2025 for 3/31/2025 for a two bed queen rm 3 guest. I was given a room in the basement near the furnace room no view only a brick wall. No chair to sit in two seniors. I had to keep asking for tissue also wash clothes. They told me that it would be quit but there was children above my room jumping until late hrs. I was very disappointed with my stay. I normally use Fairfield Marriott when I take my vacations, but this one I’m very disappointed in and I think I should receive some type of conversation for this trip.
Suggested solution:
What ever I was charged there should be some type of discount because there were no other options for your hotel so feel like I should be reimbursed at least half of what I paid.
