My complaint:

Hello, we were staying at the Fairfield hotel (the one without the security gate). We were in room 254, which had a noxious smell of rating sewage coming from the bathroom pipes and filling the room for our stay. We asked twice for air freshener and staff never brought any. We were feeling sick when we woke up and couldn’t shower or use the bathroom. We have loved previous stays at Fairfield and hope the cancun staff can get repairs done soon. The common areas were lovely
