My complaint:

I operate a business in Thailand that maintains both Instagram and Facebook accounts. I have been attempting to create advertisements and sponsor videos to support my promotional efforts; however, I have encountered a significant issue as my Facebook account has been inexplicably disabled.

The primary reason for the disabling of my Facebook and Instagram accounts pertains to payment-related activities and ad creation. I was informed that my payment method could not be ed, leading to the deactivation of my accounts.

In response to this predicament, I lodged several complaints through Facebook and Meta Business channels, seeking clarification regarding the account suspension and the specific requirements for verifying my payment method. Subsequently, I was requested to furnish a statement of my debit card, which I ly submitted. However, to my dismay, no further inquiries or clarifications were sought, leaving me in a state of perplexity.

Over the course of several days, a series of emails ensued, primarily consisting of requests to complete an online form detailing the nature of my predicament and recurring requests for the submission of my debit card statement. Despite my compliance and efforts to provide the requested information, I was ultimately informed that the verification of my payment method was unattainable. Regrettably, there was no proactive attempt on their part to engage with me for additional information or insights into my bank account details.

This entire ordeal has left me deeply frustrated and disheartened, as my Facebook account was summarily disabled without any discernible cause or transparency in the process. It is my sincere desire to have my account reinstated, allowing me to harness the power of Facebook advertisements to bolster the promotion of my business on both Facebook and Instagram platforms.

Suggested solution:

They should analyse my case properly, ask me for more details to prove that is my own account that I'm make the payments.
