My complaint:
I am a 79 year old woman who rarely uses the above, except for possibly once or twice a year. Now I am told I have failed their ‘integrity’ test. I would be interested to know what crimes have been committed. Not that I care as I do not normally support these platforms and rely on other people to let me know what is happening as I live in Twyning.
So what faceless, nameless administrators have decided, in their wisdom, that I have no integrity and have, somehow, abused the system. Please be explicit in your response.
Suggested solution:
I want to know the information being used for their decision.
