Facebook complaint: I know I’m being intentionally blocked from account… why?

My complaint:

I have done everything to access my account for some reason the one link to access my account is in Spanish win all other sins in English I’m not getting any of your code that you’re supposedly sending into my phone. I can’t just start a new page or new account because my email address is being used.. I have deactivated old accounts only to work my self into a corner with not being able to access any accounts

As fast as possible please
