My complaint:
In Thailand I was a political activist who opposed to the military’s dictatorship regime. And I have also criticized to the monarchy institute of Thailand. Even many years that I have departed from Thailand and many years in Japan. I have never stopped to do activities on internet to oppose the military’s dictatorship in Thailand.
In Japan I have applied for the refugee status recognition already two times and those two times were rejected. The immigration bureau of Japan had issued the deportation to me also.
I have could not entry into the Thailand’s embassy in Tokyo. It is too dangerous to me. Therefore I don’t have the valid passport as currently.
In case I am forced to be sent back to Thailand. I will be life imprisoned or even be killed also.
Currently, my case in the law court in Tokyo. To prove my innocence and to save my freedom and my life. I need to submit the proof of my activities on Facebook. But since 29th August 2023 I have could not review my historical comment on Facebook. I need it to submit to Tokyo’s law court.
I had already reported to Facebook on 30th August 2023 and 4th September 2023 and explained I need to get information about my historical comments on Facebook and submit to Tokyo’s law court to save my freedom and my life (please see the attach files).
But until now I have heard nothing back from Facebook.
To save my freedom and my life. Could you give me some advice and do something as soon as possible.
