My complaint:
FaceBook is no longer safe. They allow customers accounts and information to be stolen, and they do nothing about it. They talk about there high community standards, but they will not do anything, about theft.
I did everything on there help page, even sent photo id but nothing. I have now lost pics of my dead son. im very upset!
something needs to be done
Suggested solution:
They need to answer all the people when they reach out for help with there accounts.
