My complaint:
My deceased sister, Betty Jean Moore , who passed away in October 2021, apparently her account has been hacked. Someone is sending friend requests from her Facebook account to family and friends knowing that she has passed away 4 months ago. What can I do or your personnel do to put an end to these friend requests being sent out from Betty’s account. These requests must be stopped and those responsible be removed from Facebook permanently.
