My complaint:
I’ve been staying here w my girlfriend about 3 or more weeks and we never where late once for a payment. We usually pay nightly at the front desk well my girlfriend Richele does always my girlfriend does and this is like the fourth last she knocked on my door aaand said we haven’t paid the first time told my girlfriend we had to be out bc they booked are room ? The time this happened was around 200pm today 0209 got locked out told I cant go back in and she called the cops for no reason I have video, this women is angry at someone and I simply went in the front door to ask for a new key again bc I was locked out the building she then proceeded to tell me I cannot get back in until my girlfriend comes back from work and pays right then and I told her my dogs in the room she called the cops I have video and all she has a vendetta against me or profiling me but this isn’t right we don’t bother anyone we are good people she’s so unprofessional and told me more than once she’s the only one there and the general manager I wasn’t loud rude but she told the cops that and now is unacceptable unreal there where about 10 cops here and my girlfriend had to leave work to come back to see we paid and she is almost not fit to be any kind of manager I’m being harassed dead seerious
Suggested solution:
They leave us alone we pay $700 a week to live here $700 we don't ask for a thing and this is what we get? We need a couple comp nights and some apologies at least we pay a lot to get this service? I have epilepsy and my little chiwawa was locked in the room she is out of pocket why she call the police I'm not the bad guy and deserve to be treated how we pay
