My complaint:
7122 Express scripts refusal to provide Proair RESPI CLICK instead of generic brand. I can not take the generic albuterol due to sinus ventricular tachycardia .I also had covid pneumonia and have decreased diffusion in my left lung since 33021.My prescription plan is provided by the Plumbers local union 1 ASO, which they were contacted this morning regarding the issue with express scripts.
My MD have been on the phone and speaking to over 10 people and over 2 hours taking away from his scheduled patients.
I spoke with April at ASO regarding this issue.
Suggested solution:
express scripts needs to provide better client care and stop saying that they contacted the MD AND HAVE NOT.
I am tired of fighting to get medications to prevent me being hospitalized..
THIS IS A ONGOING ISSUE AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED.
My prescriptions are paid by the Plumbers local 1 .
