Evri complaint: Yet another failed Delivery

My complaint:

Once again i had a delivery that was not delivered. The previous one was hand delivered the following day by an opposite block of flats. As usual, the delivery proof was a poor photograph showing a random stairwell, without a door number in view, so i could not even locate it myself.
This time the photo showed the inside of the drivers vehicle with its GPS location being at my road, and stating delivered. Not only was it not delivered to any address, the road is covered by CCTV and at the time in question ( including 10 minutes either side of the alleged delivery time ) showed no attempted delivery, nor a vehicle parking up for a short period of time. Getting very tired of Evri failing to deliver and my having to wait in to get a package. Suppliers need to use drop off locations and parcel lockers instead of a household only address. i have never had an issue with any of these alternates. Contacted Evri via their chat, which is just a bot. who promised to get them to contact me. still waiting. tried to call the helpline, forced to enter the tracking number, bot says it was delivered, but would i like it investigated. i say yes, then recorded message Sorry there is a technical fault, and hangs up.

Suggested solution:

Investigate WHY drivers do not deliver the packages, or misdeliver them. If a driver is on a time limit, maybe stop that practice. As a customer, i do not have time to wait in all day for a message to tell me my parcel will now be delivered in x window, only for it to be delivered whilst im staring out of the window. i need the items i order, so the way to resolve this is to actually deliver the items.
