My complaint:
i did not recieve my parcel,EVRI says it was delivered through the letter box and sent a photo showing the parcel 9large box) and my slim letter box.They have admitted it was left outside and now deemed as lost.Told me to contact the sender for refund which they wont do as EVRI lost the parcel.
But EVRI will not refund / help me get my money back.
