My complaint:
Sent on 10th October for delivery on 15th via Parcels2go website. Parcel never arrived. Put a claim in on Parcels2go and its been rejected despite parcel still stuck in depot saying its been found and Parcel started to track. Waited another 2 days and still parcel stuck in Depot. Contacted Parcels2go again and they say Evri will contact me this was yesterday. Still Nothing and parcel still at depot. This is 2nd Parcel lost by Evri.
Suggested solution:
As it says parcels been found and started to track why is it still in depot and not been delivered. If they were meant to contact my why have then not done so.
I will be satisfied either when they deliver the parcel or I am a refunded for the loss and charges for non delivery
