My complaint:
I received a email that my package was out for delivery and a time for my delivery it was between 15.30 and 17.30 then I got a message it said there was a problem and could not deliver and that they would deliver next working day but no delivery next day I called customer service and chat line no help from them calling customer service not even a human it told me to contact supplier for refund wy should I have to contact supplier if AVRI have got my parcel and all tracking was done and they said it was out for delivery

delivery of my parcel as they obviously have it
