My complaint:
I have sent a parcel with Evri, but it has been left at a collection point instead of being delivered to the address requested.
I have tried their online chat bot to resolve this, but it does not recognise that this is an issue.
I have tried calling their customer services number every day for a week, only to be told every time that they have technical issues and I should try again later.
I even managed to find a customer solutions email address online and contacted that – only for it to be ignored.
This is unbelievably poor – if this complaint doesn’t work, I will be contacting Trading Standards.
Suggested solution:
Ler me speak to somebody to sort this out and get the parcel delivered to where it needs to go.
