My complaint:
My parcel (order no. C00HHA0472088568) has failed to be collected and I have been waiting patiently for 2 days.
I have tried to check the status and it still says collection between 1:30 and 2:30 on 2 April (when it should have been collected). I have tried your helpline which simply says the parcel is still with the sender and gives me no option to speak to an adviser. This is very inadequate and is stressful.
I have tried the chat feature multiple times but it doesn’t allow me to speak to a real person either. It is currently experiencing technical issues and in any case I previously couldn’t solve my issue this way either.
Suggested solution:
Collect my parcel. And compensate me
