My complaint:
SENT PACKAGE TO FAMILY ON 31ST JULY 2025 FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY. ITEM DID NOT TURN UP UNTIL 2ND AUGUST 2025. ITEM WAS ‘DOWNSIZED’ -HAD BEEN OPENED AND ITEMS TAKEN AND ONE ITEM ONLY DELIVERED IN REPACKAGED BAG. COMPLAINED TO EVRI GOT COUNTLESS CHATBOTS TO SUPPOSEDLY HELP, GIVEN AT LEAST TWO REFERENCE COMPLAINT NUMBERS. FINALLY GOT A ‘PERSON’ TO EMAIL ME AND WAS ADVISED TO SEND DETAILS OF PACKAGE ETC ALONG WITH RECEIPTS FOR GOODS LOST – ALL DONE AND SENT TO EVRI SAME DAY ON 11 AUGUST 2025. CHECKED ON 5TH SEPT 25 TO SEE WHETHER RECEIPTS HAD BEEN RECEIVED. THEY HAD AND I WAS PUT AT TOP OF CUE! STILL NO REFUND AND CAN’T GET HOLD OF A REAL PERSON TO FIND OUT WHERE MY REFUND IS ON 12 SEPTEMBER 2025. WHAT NOW? REALLY FED UP WITH WAITING FOR MY REFUND AND NO PROPER HUMAN FEEDBACK FROM EVRI.
Suggested solution:
REFUND MY PDQ - IT IS THEIR FAILING. SOMEONE STOLE MY GOODS AND I EXPECT TO GET MY POSTAGE AND GOODS THAT WERE STILLEN REIMBERSED VIA REFUND STRAIGHT AWAY!!
