My complaint:
Posted a Parcel using Evri courier shop in Strathaven. P3917391 when I try to log its missing on the Ezra chat they state its the wrong postcode IV26 2SW. Its not a wrong postcode its an address in Ullapool 9 Parc Mhor. Evri tracker search states the parcel as being delivered it hasn’t been delivered, it is a Christmas present for my S-I-L and she does know her address and postcode and does not have her gift. I have taken out full insurance and would like full refund or my parcel. Help Please, I’m sick of being stuck in loop getting nowhere.
