My complaint:
Evri attempted to deliver a golf club I had bought from American Golf. Couldn’t deliver it and then said they would try again the next day. It has totally disappeared now. Tracking hasn’t changed for 2 days and when I call they tell me it was delivered 3 weeks ago!! 2 and half weeks before American Golf sent it!
Cannot get hold of anyone to speak to about it and it’s driving me insane not knowing where it is. All I would
Like to know is when to expect and that it’s still going to be delivered.
Suggested solution:
When they track the package and tell me when it will be delivered. I don’t mind that it’s late but what I do mind is not knowing where it is now and assuming it’s gone and someone has taken it!
