Evri complaint: Liars and AI customer support posing as a real human

My complaint:

Bought an item I needed on Amazon, not knowing it would be delivered by Evri. As expected, Evri missed the delivery.
At 09:38 they informed Amazon the parcel was out for delivery. HOWEVER, at 09:08 (half an hour before) the Evri system updated saying the parcel was delayed and they’d TRY to deliver it the next working day.
As they provided false info to Amazon, Amazon are adamant the parcel is out for delivery.
Contacted Evri customer service. After giving the info to the ridiculous AI chatbox, I was advised an advisor was looking into it and I’d receive an update in 24h. Cue to Claire, their AI support email, sending me the same pre-written email that they send to all missing/delayed parcels. Meaning no actual human being is looking into this, I have no reassurance that a delivery will even be attempted any day and Amazon still show incorrect information.

Suggested solution:

Have a human being address my concerns. Stop relying on AI. Investigate why our driver (Van 25) consistently misses or delays parcels… when he doesn’t dump them in unsafe common areas (even when you have set a safe place), which has led to multiple parcels being stolen in our building.
