My complaint:
I sent a parcel from the UK to Jamaica from 03/09/24 . The parcel is now apparently in Jamaica but the status is delivery exception. This parcel has taken so long to be delivered and the various statuses are confusing. I have tried to get an update from the live chat which is useless as they can never resolve the issue or explain where my parcel is.
I am very frustrated that I am unable to speak to someone directly and get a clear understanding as to where my parcel is. This has to be the worst parcel service ever that I will never use again.
