My complaint:
My Temu parcel has vanished into the Evri ether.
Their tracking is false, it has stated on numerous occasions that the parcel will be delivered ‘today’ but surprise surprise, no parcel.
Until they it’s lost I am unable to get a refund.
This is unfair and is basically theft.
Suggested solution:
Find my parcel ideally but otherwise mark as lost and as a gesture of goodwill provide me with some compensation as they have caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience.
