My complaint:
My parcel with tracking number H04G0C0003977000 was marked as delivered on 20 May 2025, but I never received it. I checked with neighbours and around my property, but there is no sign of the parcel. I contacted Evri but received no useful help or resolution. I am now formally requesting a full investigation and compensation in accordance with your lost parcel policy. This has caused me stress and inconvenience.
Suggested solution:
I paid a lot for this package. They should pay for the postage and the cost of the items in the package.
