My complaint:
The driver kept delivering late, 2-4 hours behind his time and when asked about it, he’s now decided I don’t get my parcels and pretends to attempt delivered the a black photo. They hold 5 so far. I have cameras across my property and I have his face and van number. I’ve contact ceo and no reply. I’ve contact customer service – no reply. They are beyond a joke. This is the man in this pic. Tonyrefail watch out!!!
Suggested solution:
Deliver my parcels!!!! Sack this absurd humans being.
