My complaint:

I sent a parvel back worth a lot of money via evri as royal mail didnt cover that amount
Little did i know that evri dont delivery to a PO BOX address
this is now been stick in the system for nearly 4 weeks
I have contact evri via live chat and also someone has email me but nothing has come of it
Im have a parcel that is maybe lost, I cant get my money back on it from the retailer, as its over their returns policy and no on at evri has been helpful
so frustrated and out of pocket

by compensation of the value of the goods
