My complaint:
I was told my parcel was out for delivery then told it was too big for the local courier to take and now being told it’s misplaced! It’s a brown double walled box, 406mmx406mmx406mm with massive red fragile labels on it, it’s not easy to miss!
Suggested solution:
When it is delivered within 24 hours to the customer!
