My complaint:

Driver grew impatient after waiting 50secs, I attempted to speak to him through ring doorbell to say someone was coming but as he was on his phone he could not hear me. Driver then noticed a small window open and went into my front garden and pulled the window WIDE OPEN, at that point my daughter opened the door and received the parcel, unaware the kitchen window is now wide open. All in all from arrival to leaving 1 min and 15 secs total. I came home from work 2 hours later to find the window wide open. There is a sentimental ornament hanging on that window from my recently deceased father which was broken, and with items on the internal window ledge, why would you attempt to shove a parcel through someones window?
I have it all on camera and have reported it to police. I have waited days for someone to contact me regarding this issue, today i received an email addressed to someone else asking if i still require help??

How is this business still allowed to run with no regulation, that clearly the employ criminals and no recourse for its customers as there is NO WAY to speak to someone.

Suggested solution:

Have a department that deals with complaints received, issuing resolutions on a case by case basis. Have a code of conduct that their employees abide by or risk losing their jobs.
