My complaint:
it’s been 3 weeks since I opened a store on etsy. I received 9 orders and shipped the orders to my customers. at this time my account was suspended by etsy. then etsy automatically made a full refund from my account to my customers. my customers did not have such a request. it has not even been delivered to them yet. it is not fair for etsy to take the money for the t-shirts I sent because my account was suspended and return it to the customers. etsy did not even send an e-mail about the issue. i needed a full-time job to support my family. but etsy victimizes small businesses instead of protecting their rights. i sent a few e-mails but I think it is a waste of time.
