My complaint:
I made a purchase on 15 November 2023 on Etsy and I did not receive the purchase ordered. I tried to be in contact with the seller, who keeps updating the store but they did not respond.
I tried contacting Etsy, I don’t get any response. I’ve opened cases but I don’t get any proof that the case has been opened.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back .
