My complaint:
I opened an Etsy shop and sold fairly quickly the furniture I had worked hard reupholstering and renovating. My customer wrote a fantastic review and was over the moon with the furniture when it arrived and my customer service. Etsy then went on to permanently suspend my account and not pass on the money from my customer. I still haven’t received many payment after over three months! I’m livid that they’ve stolen my money. How can they get away with this? There is no customer service at all!!
Suggested solution:
By paying me for my goods sold on their platform!
