My complaint:
My name is Wenjun Deng. This is a complaint about the delay in my GRE scores report. It has been 18 days since I took the GRE test at home on December 18, 2022. I received an email that said my scores were under review, however, I missed two of my deadline on Jan 1st, 2023, and Jan 5th, 2023. I had @ ETS on Twitter and received a template reply. I phoned directly to OTI, and the agent just repeated the information in the email and refused to tell me the reason why my scores have been reviewed. Then I asked her for helping me to expedite the review process, and she said that she had no rights and tried to over me to the proper department, and then dispeared with no response. I thanked her that she was willing to help me even though I don’t know whether she prevaricated me. But I definitely complied with all instructions from the invigilator and passed all technique checks. I have not cheated in any exams including this GRE General Test at home, so I strongly urge you to deal with my case immediately, otherwise, you must take responsibility for the delay in my application and my loss.
