My complaint:
Very rude behaviour at the check in counter. Always flying by ithihad business class this is not acceptable and I am waiting and did not utter a word . But the person is not polite and behaved rudely .
Suggested solution:
The customers spend money to receive comfort and receive good Customer service. If that is not met then the money spent is meaningless.
