My complaint:
I travelled with my wife and child to Dubai, and we returned to Lagos on 26th April 2022. On arrival to Lagos airport, we couldn’t find 3 of our baggage. We complained to the Ethiopian airline’s baggage team, and we were asked to return the next day. since then, we have visited the office on Several occasions, but to no avail. After 7 months we were asked to fill BAGGAGE INVENTORY FORM and send the completed form to LOSAPT@ethiopianairlines.com. We are yet to get a message as regards to the missing items or compensation.
